Commerce’s Temporary Final Rule under Presidential Proclamation 11052 establishes procedures for restricting imports of certain polysilicon products and derivatives. Commerce may notify CBP that an IOR is importing volumes substantially above historic averages or that a new IOR is exceeding applicable weekly quantity limits. Following that determination, CBP will prohibit the IOR from making further consumption entries of covered polysilicon products before December 4, 2026.
