Before you book
What happens on the first call?
We walk through your flow with you: where parts come in, who touches them, where they leave, and which systems and regulations are involved. You leave with a requirement list in plain words. Nothing to install, nothing to send.
What should I bring?
Just yourself, and anyone who owns a step you want changed. If we go on to the Prototype Week, we ask for about ten sample part numbers with whatever documents you have.
Do we sign anything first?
No. The call and the Prototype Week both come before any contract. You get a clickable prototype of your own flow and a quote for your project, then decide.
How fast do you reply to email?
Usually within one business day.
