How do we run HTS classification at scale across thousands of SKUs?
Run them in batch through one reasoning methodology so every SKU is classified the same way no matter which analyst or region touches it. GingerControl processes classifications in parallel and can be driven by API, and every result carries its GRI reasoning chain, so scale does not cost you consistency. For a catalog spread across business units, that variance between desks is usually the real problem, not any single code. We are the reasoning layer, not your broker, so entry filing stays with your existing partners.
Do you offer an enterprise trade compliance API?
Yes. The Trade Compliance API returns classification and the full tariff stack, base MFN plus Section 122, 232, 301 and Chapter 99, as a REST call, batching up to 200 items per request in deterministic order. Throughput scales from 1,000 to well over 100,000 requests per day on dedicated keys with an SLA and encryption in transit and at rest. It is sales-led, so pricing is quote-based. The API classifies and calculates, it does not connect to ACE or file entries on your behalf.
Can we recover duty at enterprise import volume?
Yes, and at volume the recoverable amounts are usually material enough to justify a structured program. GingerControl estimates duty drawback across your import-then-export flows, with a specialist partner executing the filings, and files the full IEEPA refund package for 2025 duties eligible after the 2026 Supreme Court ruling. Freight Audit and PO Reconciliation catch overpayments on the invoice side. We do not guarantee a recovery figure or CBP acceptance, we quantify the opportunity first, then file or hand to the partner.
Is your classification audit-ready for a Focused Assessment?
Yes. Every classification produces an audit-ready reasoning report grounded in the Section and Chapter Notes, with ante-hoc CROSS ruling citations and a staged 4, 6, 8 and 10-digit determination. For a Focused Assessment the auditor wants one consistent story across the corpus, and our shared methodology plus the Parts Library's timestamped Selection History give you that evidence trail. Can classification run on-premise for data residency?
On-premise deployment is available as part of an enterprise engagement, not as a standard self-serve option. We have delivered a data-residency build for a specific enterprise customer, so if regulatory or sovereignty requirements mean the data cannot leave your environment, it is something our team scopes with you directly rather than a checkbox you toggle. Most enterprises use the hosted API with encryption in transit and at rest. Talk to us about the constraints and we will tell you honestly what the on-prem path involves.
Can GingerControl integrate with our ERP, TMS, or broker pipeline?
Yes, as a custom integration built by our services team, not an off-the-shelf connector catalog. We map your workflow and embed the classification engine into your ERP, TMS, or broker pipeline so classification and duty flow into the systems your teams already use. Because it is bespoke, there is a discovery phase and a fixed, milestone-based scope rather than a named plug-in. We build and roll out the integration; we do not become your importer of record or file the entries.
